We act with responsibility

We are conscious of our responsibility to the environment, our region and society at large, and we are keen not only to accept it, but to continuously expand on it from our factory in the Bavarian Forest. This includes making continuous improvements to our processes at all levels. Our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications as well as DIN ISO 45001 and ISO 50001. Furthermore, various external audits spur us on and provide ideas for new enhancements.

Especially our latest certification from the German Institute for Sustainability and Economy makes us proud. Here we got closely reviewed in terms of ecological, economic and social skills and have received the test seal 2023 for "secured rights".

In addition, we have subscribed to the Bavarian Environmental Pact and meet the requirements of EMAS, the world’s most demanding environmental management system.

EMAS - What's that?

EMAS (short for Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) is the most demanding of all environmental management systems in the world. We implement it in a wide variety of ways across all departments of our company, starting with manufacturing ecologically sound kitchen sinks and ending with recycling the materials we use. Our efforts save approximately 300 trees each year. Here are some more examples of what we do under the six pillars of our EMAS-certified environment policy:
